How far in advance should I book?
Airport transfers can usually be booked a few hours ahead. For weddings, events and group travel we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Any gratuity is shown as its own line before you pay, so the price you see is the price you are charged.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Add your airline and flight number when you book and your pickup time follows your actual landing time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may be charged because your vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for you.
